Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # AJON-BZG7Z2 of Mar-25-2021 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: 1. Coca-Cola machine has accumulation of syrup splatter under each beverage dispensing knob. In addition, there is mould growth at the ice dispenser for the machine. 2. Dishwasher propellers (top and bottom) have accumulation of food debris. Correction: 1. Thoroughly clean and sanitize each beverage dispensing knob and ice dispenser. Ensure to also clean any syrup splatter. 2. Clean propellers of dishwasher and ensure to follow your sanitation plan for dishwasher cleaning and maintenance.

Routine Inspection conducted today. COVID-19 compliance conducted. COVID-19 Safety Plan onsite and posted. Mask policy in place. Physical distancing decals in place. Sanitizer available for customer use. Signage posted at front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter. Plexiglass barrier in place at front till. No dine-in at this time was observed. NOTE: Have a sheet documenting health checks of all employees before entering work and a sign at the self-serve soft drink station notifying customers to sanitize their hands prior to use. All non-critical infractions in Report#AJON-BZG7Z2 have been corrected. NOTE: Ensure a deep clean of the self-serve station and daily cleaning of the machine to prevent future build-up of syrup. Overall, facility is well organized and well maintained. Report emailed due to COVID-19 pandemic.
