Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Concentration of bleach in spray bottle and in dishwashing area was noted at ~50-100ppm.
Corrective Action(s): - Bleach solution for food contact surfaces must be 200ppm.
- A stonger disinfecting solution must be available for high touch areas for COVID-19 safety. Please refer to recommended measures for addressing coronaviruses.

Comments

- Temperature of coolers and freezers were adequate.
- Liquid soap and paper towels were available for hand washing.
- No signs of pest infestation.

** Storage areas are very crowded. Food related boxes stored directly on the floor. This makes proper sanitation difficult to maintain. Please store all items 6" off the floor.
** There are too many items stocked in the cooler. This affects the proper cooling on foods (i.e. no proper air circulation).
Discussed COVID-19 Safety. Please maintain a copy of your COVID-19 Safety Plan on site.
