Observation: Build up of dirt, food debris and grease noticed in the following areas of the kitchen.
-Underneath and behind both deep freezers
-Underneath the dry storage shelves near the back entrance.
-Wall above the preparation cooler
-Air vents in the ceiling
-Majority of ceiling tiles
-Exterior surfaces of the deep freezer and preparation cooler
-Door rails of the sliding door cooler
-Door gaskets of the preparation cooler
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean the above-mentioned items or surfaces by Dec. 12, 2018.
