- Chlorine food-contact surface sanitizer solution available at ≥100ppm concentration
- Operator obtained a new high-temp dishwasher/glasswasher for the front servers area. Unit wasn't fully warmed-up at time of inspection. Provided thermolabels for operator to confirm rinse temperature reaches ≥71oC once it has fully-heated.
- Chemical-sanitizing dishwasher providing ≥50ppm chlorine residual during rinse cycle
