Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer solution required changing upon arrival of EHO. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION
Sanitizer dispensing unit leaking solution upon arrival of EHO. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION
As "Wash" sink is leaking the facility is not properly washing items in sink. Sink is not filled with soapy water staff are rinsing with soapy water and scrubbing.
Sink labelled "Sanitize" has a slow leak

Corrective Action(s): Until such time as "Wash" sink is repaired use "Sanitize" sink to fill with detergent and water
Until such time as "Sanitize" sink is repaired use "Rinse" sink to fill with sanitizer solution as this is the only sink that does not leak.

Observation: The three compartment sink leaks in both the "Wash" sink and the "Sanitize" sink.
Unit was assessed by maintenance.

Instruct staff with alternative wash and sanitize methods as described above
Obtain two universal sink plugs as repairs are ongoing and may require more time. Facility needs sinks that hold sanitizer solution and detergent solution to avoid closure order being issued.

-No evidence of pests
- Pest control program in place
- Handsinks adequately supplied
- Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius
- Sanitizer solution from dispensing unit at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm QUAT
- One functional sink plugs available for use observed
- Ice machine and scoops in good sanitary condition
- First In First out and date stamping methods observed in use
- Common use items washed and sanitized every 2 hours, sanitizer solution changed out frequently (2 hours or more frequently as needed)
- All food items covered in cooler and freezer units
- Hair restraints in use
- Cooler handles and seals in good sanitary condition
- Good hand washing practices observed
- FOODSAFE level on or equivalent Certified staff present during inspection

NOTE: Repairs to sink are a priority issue. Facility needs to provide staff with adequate equipment enabling staff to wash rinse and sanitize food equipment throughout the day. Failure to provide access to proper dishwashing facilities will result in a closure order being issued. Today facility was able to demonstrate proper ware washing is possible however unless repairs are made plumbing issue could get worse resulting in a complete failure of all three sinks. Obtain universal sink plugs IMMEDIATELY in case of worsening conditions at sinks.
