Follow up inspection for dish washer repair.
Operate still awaiting dishwasher part and will arrive on August 14, 2023.
2 compartment sink in use with 3rd sanitizing step of chlorine solution. 200 ppm chlorine detected in sink.
Follow up inspection on Monday, August 14.

Ensure food grade sanitizing solution at 200 ppm chlorine is used for dining tables and utensils such as tongs as well.
Scoop spoons such as rice scoops can be changed out every two hours as well.
Note: Lysol is a cleaner and not a food grade solution.
