Follow-up inspection to report #ZDER-B4ZTMG. All violations corrected.
-Low temp dishwasher repaired and sanitizing step noted 200 ppm chlorine. Ensure sanitizing step maintained between 50-100 ppm chlorine. Re-calibrate if needed.
-Small prep cooler repaired and noted at 4 deg. C
-Cooler thermometers purchased . Operator notes they are too small and will replace with larger version for all coolers.
