Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There was no soap available for bartending staff at both handwashing station during service at 5 pm. The bar was open 4 pm. Staff indicated they went into the kitchen to wash there hands in the mean time.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hand washing sinks are operational and have liquid soap, paper towels and running water during service.

Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests.
Dishwasher final rinse at 25 ppm iodine. 12.5 ppm iodine and above is acceptable.
Hot and cold water available.
Bar cooler 1: lemons at 3.6C, 2: beers and spirits at 6C, 3: Milk at 4.7C.
Ensure coolers reaches 4C or below for units containing perishable foods.
Sanitizer at 300 ppm quats in bucket.
Food protected from contamination. Condiments are stored in a sanitary manner.
Utensils are sanitary.
Ice machine is sanitary with dedicated scoops.
Wash & walk disinfectant is used at the end of the night for drains to prevent fruit flies.
Polish cloths are protected from contamination and changed our frequently as needed.
Permit posted in visible location.

Recommendation: organization and tidying in the liquor closet.

Note: This is the second consecutive inspection where inadequate hand washing stations were observed during operation. Ensure all hand washing stations are fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels and running water before the start of service and during service. Further noncompliance will result in enforcement such as a fine and/or Correction Order.
