Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Coffee steaming attachment is not sanitized after each use - attachment is currently only wiped down.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure steaming attachment is sanitized after each use to prevent potential cross contamination. Use of a food grade sanitizer such as bleach at 100ppm after each use is sufficient to sanitize the attachment.

Comments

-Display cooler was at 4C. Cooler unit requires a new thermometer - registered -3C.
-Dairy cooler was at 1C.
-Refrigerator/freezer was at 3C/-18C.
-Bar freezer was at -16C.
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Bleach was at 100ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 100ppm.
-Blender containers sanitized after each use.
-Ice machine was clean and sanitary. Scoop stored in a sanitary manner.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until January 04, 2024.
