A follow up inspection has been performed for routine inspection MKIM-C62SEQ and the following observations were made - Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 100 ppm chlorine on the dish surface - Dishwasher sanitizer testing log is maintained - Operator reported unused equipment are scheduled to be moved to a new location in Jan 2022 - Operator reports pest control services visits monthly and monitors for ant activity - Backdoor closed at the time of inspection
