- General sanitation satisfactory. Ensure hard to reach areas of floor are cleaned thoroughly and frequently enough to prevent accumulation of coffee beans, miscellaneous debris (cups, sleeves etc)
- Handsink in front service area and back storage/warewashing area supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towel. Ensure back handsink is always fully accessible and items are stored in front of it that would restrict access.
- Coolers were operating at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder):
- Espresso bar 2 door undercounter cooler 4C
- Cold bar 2 door undercounter cooler 4C
- Self serve reach in cooler 3C
- Single door under counter cooler 2C
- 2 door reach in cooler 4C
- Freezers were operating at acceptable temperatures (-18C or colder)
- Freezer #1 -20C
- Freezer #2 -19C
- Ice machine appears clean and maintained. Scoop stored in a sanitary manner.
- High temperature dishwasher was operational. Final rinse measured 74.9C at dish surface with min/max thermometer.
- Quats surface sanitizer present from dispenser at warewashing sink and in sanitizer buckets. Concentration of solutions measured 200ppm.
- Reviewed cleaning and sanitizing procedures for in use smallwares (steaming pitchers, spoons, blender pitchers)
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of the inspection.
- Foodsafe requirements met at the time of the inspection.
