Dishwasher continues to be operational - measured at 50ppm chlorine at plate level.
Tubes were replaced on same day as routine inspection; chlorine test strips onsite.
Hot water restored at kitchen handsink; measured at >50C at tap.
Ceiling lights in dry storage room and cover have been replaced.
Gap sealed in back screen door; back door closed at time of inspection.
Mice droppings removed and no activity since last removal as per owner.
Glue traps are placed to monitor for pest activity. Please continue to monitor signs of pest as discussed.
Bleach sanitizer was again over 100ppm. Discussed proper ratio with kitchen staff. 1 teaspoon bleach to 1 litre water, use the test strip on top of dishwasher to verify strength.
Bleach spray bottles are labelled.
Aluminum foil lining bar counters are removed.
Alcohol warning sign adhered.

*Hole in wall and floor remain open as owner needs to monitor whether leak issue in crawl space is resolved. When it is confirmed that there is no longer a leak, owner will be patching up the wall and floor hole. Please have this completed by next routine.
