Discussed burger prep procedures. Ensure that a smaller probe thermometer is on-site for monitoring burger temperatures. An electric bbq grill is used for cooking the burgers. Menu includes hamburger, double burger and hot dogs, ckn strips, fries, onion rings (latter 3 are fried in a self-contained fryer unit on order); prepackaged chips, candies, ice-cream, freezies, prepackaged drinks, keurig hot chocolate/coffee/tea.

RECORD COOLER/FREEZER TEMPERATURES ON A LOGSHEET DURING GAME DAYS. ENSURE AT LEAST ONE STAFF ON SHIFT HAS FS LEVEL 1 CERTIFICATION. AS DISCUSSED PUT A NOTE ON THE WALL AS A REMINDER THAT COOK TEMPERATURE FOR THE BURGER PATTIES MUST BE MINIMUM 74 DEGC (165 DEGF)
