Comments

General sanitation is good. Hand sinks have hot/cold running water and are stocked with paper towels and soap. 2 compartment sink available for cleaning and sanitizing brewery equipment. Sanitizer spray bottle readily available with 200 ppm Quats. Cooler temps operating at or below 4 degrees C. More shelving units installed to ensure nothing is being stored directly on the ground. Chemical storage area is clean and organized and chemicals are stored on pallets at least inches from the ground. Keep bay area doors closed when not in use to prevent worsening the ongoing pest issue.
