Observation: 1. Walk-in cooler operating at 8C / as per operator, the compressor was turned off to prevent ice build up.
2. Raw chicken noticed thawing at room temperature. Chicken has been left out since last night. Chicken discarded.
Correction: 1. Ensure that walk-in cooler is maintaining food at or below 4C. Date to be corrected by: July 20 at 3pm
2. Ensure that operator and staff take Foodsafe training again. Meats must be thawed in refridgerator or under cold running water. Date to be corrected by: Aug 20/21
