Coolers are all at 4C or colder. Thermometers provided. Ice water bath in prep sink used to quickly cool hot foods. No hot holding. Cooking foods - food temperature is a.74C Hand washing sinks in kitchen and bar have liquid soap and paper towels. Dry food storage area is clean. Food is up off of floor. Chlorine bleach (100 ppm or 1 tsp domestic bleach in 1 litre of water) is used to sanitize food contact surfaces or use dishwasher (every 4 hours) Bar glassware washer is not in use. Post Covid-19 Safety Plan on website. Upstairs area not is use. Pest control monitoring in place. Clean floor in hard to reach areas.
