Routine Inspection Hand washing sink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels. Dishwasher not in use however 2 compartment sink available for dishwashing - staff were able to accurately describe the manual dishwashing procedures. Surface sanitizer available. All coolers at 4 C or below. Freezer at -10 C. *Cooler temperatures should be documented. General sanitation satisfactory.
