Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - CVVN6A: Small quantity of raw shell eggs stored at room temperature. Danby cooler/freezer replaced with Beaumark cooler/freezer. Cooler section at 2 degrees C. Freezer section at -18 degrees C. No food stored in mop sink next to the hot water tank. Bleach sanitizer solution prepared and available for use in spray bottle. As discussed at the last inspection label all spray bottle identifying contents. Reminder: monitor and record temperatures of all coolers, freezers, hot holding, and the dishwasher final rinse temperature. Have these records available for review at all times.
