Pest-control contract in-effect, currently receiving 1x/week visits. Multiple traps observed throughout premise. No evidence of pests. Discussed cleaning procedure for droppings with staff: mix up 1 part bleach and 10 parts water in a spray bottle and spray on droppings and wipe up with paper towel and discard. Do not vacuum or sweep as this will disturb pathogens in the droppings and cause them to become aerosolized.
Starsan sanitizer used at bar area
Iodine glasswasher had 12.5 ppm iodine at the glass level upon final rinse cycle. Please ensure that iodine test strips are available and the glasswasher rinse concentration is checked daily. Concentration must be >/= 12.5 ppm
