Hand washing sink adequately supplied with hot/cold running water, paper towel and liquid hand soap.
Walk-in cooler at 4C or below.
Walk-in freezer at -18C or below.
Thermometers available in units.
Food stored off the ground and covered.
Hot water at 82C and QUATs based sanitizer used in premises.
3 Compartment sink available for manual warewashing.
General sanitation and maintenance is good.
Potable water hauled via Allied Water.
West Coast Reduction in placed for waste removal.
New unit in use - easily cleanable surfaces, lights covered and stainless steel equipment in place.

Action Items:
1. Provide copy of Food Safety Plan for processed meat (sausages) & Labels.
2. Fix Sanitizer dispenser for QUATs at 3 Compartment sink.
3. Fix leak at hand washing sink.
4. Place splash guard in between janitorial sink & 3 Compartment sink.
5. Additional key areas; Designated areas for processing sausages & few cracks developing in flooring to be sealed.
