Inspection of the Sports Bar kitchen. Waterpark not open during inspection. Coolers - satisfactory. Provide accurate thermometers and keep daily records. Hand washing - ***Provide hot water at hand sink. Liquid soap and paper towels are provided. Sanitizer - using quats sanitizer. Provide test strips to verify 200ppm or as per label on quats container. Quats sanitizer is dispensed at 200ppm. Slurpee machine - wash, rinse, sanitize equipment as per manufacturer's instructions. Using quats to sanitize. Add to sanitation plan. Glassware washer - final sanitizing rinse is less than 12.5ppm iodine. Provide a minimum of 12.5ppm iodine sanitizer in final rinsewater. Pest control - licenced pest control contract in place. Check re ants. Copy of this report to be emailed to operator.
