Follow-up inspection to routine conducted earlier today on January 17, 2020 (RPT#: JMAA-BKWT74). The following was noted: Technician arrived on-site to service cooler. Technician states that cooler cannot be serviced by today due to malfunctioning compressor Replacement cooler added on-site and measures at 2C You may use this replacement cooler in the interim for storage of dairy products until the follow-up inspection on Monday, January 17, 2020. Restriction on menu items lifted.
