Re-inspection based on previous inspection report.
- Ensure all food contact surfaces are being washed and disinfected after use. All items are to be stored in a manner in order to prevent post contamination.
- Sanitation: Facility is to be kept clean and organized at all times. All unused/unwanted items are to be removed to free up space.
- Structurally: deteriorating surfaces noted. Continue efforts to upgrade surfcaes.
