Routine Inspection:
- No food service was occurring at the time of inspection.
- Domestic cooler at 0C.
- Domestic freezer at -23C.
- Glass-door display cooler was not plugged-in at the time of inspection. No food items were stored inside.
- Hand washing station provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm bleach sanitizer available in spray bottle.
- High temperature dishwasher registered 78C at the plate level during the final rinse cycle.
- Dry food products stored off the ground.
- General sanitation satisfactory
- No pest activities observed.
