Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Large, round wooden cutting block appears to be made of a softwood material. Softwoods are not suitable for usage as cutting blocks, as the wood is more porous and can trap pathogens in the pores and grooves.
Corrective Action(s): Replace the round cutting block with a food-grade cutting block/board (ie. plastic, hardwood, etc.)
