Hand sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer *quats* at 200 ppm. Display cooler was at 4 deg C. Walk-in freezer was at -18 deg C. Walk-in cooler was at 2-3 deg C. Staff - clean uniforms and hairnets Loaves of bread - cooled and sliced in the back area. Discussed this with store manager - All baked goods must be protected from contamination. - Procedures to be in place to address this. For future renovations, all processing of baked goods (i.e. bread slicing included) to be done in the bakery department.
