A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Tomato cooler was 9C; veggie cooler was 6C; perishable cooler was 2C; thermometers present; electronic system monitors temperatures (real time); and temperature system is alarmed and there is a back up generator if the power goes out.
- Quats sanitizer used on floors and the interior of trailers.
- All foods stored 6" off the floor on racks and pallets.
- No expired foods for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- General sanitation level is good.
- No signs of pests. Abell Pest Company comes in weekly to monitor.
- All in order.
