Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Bleach sanitizer spray bottle measured at 0 ppm
- No bleach sanitizer on-site to refill the spray bottle
Corrective Action(s): - Asked the staff to buy the bleach sanitizer immediately, and refill the spray bottle with 100ppm bleach solution.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Staff placed a bucket of bleach solution (100 ppm) in the 2 compartment sink, and used it to sanitize dishes
Corrective Action(s): - Use 1 sink to wash and rinse the dishes, and use another sink to fill with 100 ppm bleach solution. Fully immerse all dishes within the bleach solution for 2 minutes to kill the germs.

Observation: - No hot water available due to the power outage at the facility.
