Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Few containers/pots of food placed on kitchen floor. Staff had moved one of them (raw vegetable) to undercounter shelf at this time and discarded two pots of cooked food, which staff had advised were cooked about 1 hour prior to the inspection but to be discarded due to taste dissatisfaction. Internal temperatures measured at ~36 and 42'C. Discarded at this time. OK.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have all foods stored at least 6inch off the floor. Do not place them directly on floor.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
-Coolers operating at/below required temperature of 4'C.
-Thermometers in each unit. Hot-holding unit at front not in use.
-100ppm chlorine available in a bucket to hold wiping cloths.
-Low temperature dishwasher achieved the minimum level of chlorine sanitizer (50ppm) at plate level after final rinse.
-General food storage practice in walk-in cooler satisfactory.
-No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
-Washroom handsink satisfactory.

General sanitation of the facility has improved. However, ensure to have the back storage area cleaned and organized on a regular basis.

NOTE: Do not keep newspapers by the deep fryer as this could lead to fire hazard as discussed at this time.
NOTE: All side dishes stored at room temperature for lunch serving are discarded after 2 hours.
