A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CCYT6J and the following observations were found - Chemical dishwasher has been serviced and is able to produce 50ppm chorine on dish surface after final rinse - All violations resolved - Ensure to maintain and update the temperature and sanitation log going forward
