* Dipper well was repaired and hot water was shut off so only cold water available
* Back door weathering stripping was installed to remove gaps
* Caulking was done around some sinks
* Note: some cleaning to be done through out kitchen/bar as build up of grime/debris evident in areas-- consistent cleaning/maintenance is important
* Follow up inspection to be done in few weeks
