Comments

- Handsinks are well maintained with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- 100ppm Chlorine sanitizer buckets are present.
- High temp. dishwasher achieved 74C at the plate's level
- All coolers were and freezers were <4C and <-18C respectively
- All cold potentially hazardous foods in the inserts were <4C
- Sanitation is satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity observed

- Ensure that all cloths are stored in the sanitizer buckets and not left on the counter. This allows cloths to be sanitized properly between uses.
- Vent hood is due for cleaning.
