Routine inspection conducted due to ownership change - Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -14C or colder; and thermometers present. - Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels and running hot + cold water. - All foods stored in food grade containers; labeled; date coded; covered; stored in groups w/raw proteins below RTE foods; amd stored 6" off the floor on shelves. - No expired foods in use or for sale. - FoodSafe certified staff present. - General sanitation level is good. Ensure to schedule a professional company to clean the exhaust hood by the end of the year (sticker indicates Dec. 21/18) - All surfaces are in good working order. Aluminum foil covering shelves. This must be changed every night or don't cover the shelves and wash them every night. - Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle had [cl2] of 200ppm. - No signs of pests. - FSP + SP approved. - Cheque for $62.50 obtained for the yearly permit fees (cheque #000031). - Permit to operate granted.
