Staff turned on water in the prep sink once inspector arrived. Corrective Action(s): This has been previously discussed with staff. Thawing must be done under cold running water or in the cooler. -hand sink fully equipped -all temps met health requirements -temp logs are now being maintained daily -dishwasher at 50ppm -quats at 200ppm -cleaning appears to be done on a more regular basis, ensure hard to reach areas are done frequently as well
