Comments

- Bakery production and service area were maintained in sanitary condition
- Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap and paper towel.
- Walk-in cooler 2C
- Walk-in freezer -18C
- Food was stored in a manner to prevent contamination
- Clean dishes/pans were stored in a sanitary manner
- In use wiping cloths kept in quats sanitizer solution (200ppm)
- Quats sanitizer (200ppm) available from dispenser at 3-compartment sink and spray bottles (filled at time of inspection)
- Pan washer met required temperature (71C) at dish surface to sanitize dishes - tested with thermolabel
- Pest control service is every two weeks. No signs of infestation noted at time of inspection.
