Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Pizza prep cooler was at 3C (top) and 4C (bottom).
-Prep cooler by the donair machine was at 3C (top and bottom).
-Donair meat undergoes a secondary cook step in the pizza oven. Donair was not made today. Donair from the previous night was properly cooled and was probed at 4C.
-Hot holding unit was greater than 60C. Light fixture has been removed and operator will purchase a shatter resistant light bulb.
-2-compartment sink set-up with 100ppm bleach sanitizer.
-Handwash station easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Sanitizer pail was tested at 200ppm. Sanitizer pail needs to be properly labelled.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods properly stored off the floor and covered.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary.
-FoodSafe Level 1 valid until September 27, 2021 for staff member on-site.
