Site visited to follow up with operator's request regarding newly installed mechanical dishwasher. - Low temperature dishwasher has been installed by the 3 compartment sink. - Technician still to come to install chemicals. Manual dishwashing to continue until the use of dishwasher is approved by the health inspector. Please contact the health inspector once the chemicals (detergent/rinse aid/sanitizer) are connected.
