Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Pizza prep cooler was at 4C.
-Dough cooler was at 3C.
-Upright freezers were less than -18C.
-Hot holding cabinet used to store take-out pizzas was greater than 60C - no foods stored in the hot holding unit at the time of inspection.
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 75C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitation).
-3-compartment sink equipped with sink plugs and Quats sanitizer dispenser was tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash stations easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer pails changed every 2 hours and was tested at 200ppm.
-Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis. Two rodent droppings were observed on top of the hot water tank. Facility to be serviced by professional pest control operator in early May.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary.
-Staff are scheduled to renew their FoodSafe Level 1 certificates by May 20, 2018. FoodSafe Level 1 certificates without an expiry date expire on July 29, 2018. To meet the FoodSafe Level 1 requirement, FoodSafe certificates must be valid/not expired.
