Observation: Underside of counters above all food preparation surfaces require cleaning
Inside and top side of all sandwich coolers require cleaning. This includes the runners and ceiling due to food spatter buildup
Floor below all cooking equipment ie grills/deep fryers as well as below all sandwich prep coolers requires cleaning.
Underside of salamander unit requires cleaning as well as back side of grill.
Grease diffusers in exhaust canopy require cleaning
Floor below shelving inside walk in cooler requires cleaning
Ice machine requires cleaning due to mould buildup.

Glasswasher dispensing too much iodine in final rinse. Tested at 24 ppm iodine
Heating element may be malfunctioning as water is only heating up slowly and maxing out at 125F
Prep cooler not properly cold holding. Tested at 18c. Cooler not to be used until repaired by technician.
