Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer measured < 10ppm at time of inspection. Staff on site stated this bleach solution was made fresh.

**Corrected during inspection** Bleach found to measure <10ppm. Staff added bleach to bottle.

Bleach MUST be made fresh daily. Empty excess end of day. Purchase test strips for chlorine so staff can ensure sanitizer is mixed properly.
