3) Personal items (charging cable) observed on top of food prep area
4) Food kept on floor in walk in cooler and walk in freezer
5) Black dust build up observed on fan guard and fan inside the walk in cooler
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to maintain kitchen in a clean and sanitary manner. Clean and sanitize the above mentioned areas and highly recommend to include them in the routine cleaning schedule.
