( still closed before the lunch time ) Daily logs available/test strips on site and daily chemical concentration monitored All certified food handlers - training is up to date No cross contamination observed during food prep. ( color cutting boards in use ) Pest control - available reports on site Low temp dishwasher - supplied with 100ppm of bleach at the final rinse Suggestion: when you are washing the oven vents please protect the walls in the dishwashing area so you don't need to spend more time into cleaning up.
