Follow-up inspection conducted: -Open display cooler repaired. One of the motors had to be replaced. Ensure to monitor temperature of coolers (4'C) on a regular basis. NOTE: Thermometers placed at the top may be too far away from where food items are stored. Relocating these thermometers recommended at this time. -Cutting board for the back area replaced. Good.
