General sanitation - good.
Handwashing stations (front/back) supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
Walk-in cooler at 2.0 C.
Prep. cooler at 2.4 C.
Beverage cooler at 4.0 C.
Freezers (walk in, under-counter) < or = to -18 C.
Temperature log - available.
Dishwasher at 100 ppm of Chlorine solution.
Food items stored in plastic insert containers with lids, dated, and labeled.
Hot holding unit - just turn on; ensure temperature of the hot holding unit >= 60 C.
Wall-mounted dispenser near the mop sink - calibrated & dispensed 200 pp of Quat sanitizer.
Surface sanitizer (spray) available near the 2-compartment/prep. sink and at front.
Dry storage area - organized.
Fan hood - satisfactory.
No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. Pest control system in place.

Note: The inspection of the premise is conducted prior too opening (at 10:30 am).

Friendly Reminder:
- Ensure surface sanitizer in color coded buckets available neat work station.
- Properly reheat food (rice) before putting in the hot holding unit (> = 60 C).

Recommendations:
- Under grill cooler must be turned off because temperature of the cooler at 13.7 C .
Note: The cooler is empty at the time of inspection. The service for the cooler has been done/parts ordered (the operator on site is aware about the cooler).
Important: If food is going to be stored in the cooler during busy time - only for 2 hours - temperature & time log must be available.
- Repair the front beverage dispenser (water is dripping).
- Food must be portioned in a sanitary manner.
- A sensor in the female washroom is not working at the time of inspection (running water unavailable). Please close the female washroom. Staff and customers must use unisex washroom - temporary; and repair the faucet immediately.
