-Temp walk in cooler 3oC , Prep Cooler 5 oC - ensure to keep the door close monitor in 1 hr , take action as needed
-Small black cooler 4 oC
- Bleach solution in bucket, spray bottle , third sink>200 ppm - dilute to 100 ppm
-Paper towel and liquid soap are provided at sink ,hot and cold running water
* Label all foods in cooler (walk in cooler) with date of preparation /expiry date
* Hot holding <60 oC - max 2 hr holding - use timer to monitor
*submit a copy of the latest pest control report
* Permit fee of $137.50 to be submitted by tomorrow
Health approval is granted subject to addressing all coded items and * items ,send a written action plan to complete these no later then the end of today via email to the area inspector ( email is provided)
Keep and record all temp monitoring data ( cooler twice daily) sanitizer level ( sink and spray) once daily
Ensure to obtain approval from all other agency |
