Introduction

This is a follow-up inspection conducted with the General Manager and Interim Director of Care to the routine inspection report # CRAU - APF3FW (completed on July 13 and 20, 2017).

Contraventions

Previous Inspection - Contraventions observed on FIR #CRAU - APF3FW have been corrected.

Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

All items from the routine inspection report appear to have been addressed. With regards to the nutrition audits, the facility will have a schedule of when the audits will be completed as per the audits and more manual. Some audits are to be done in October 2017 and when those are completed, please scan and email them to the writer.
