Note: Temperatures are monitored electronically and by staff. No signs of pest activity. Pest control company has been changed (inspects the facility monthly). Random food items checked for expiration dates/no issues. Designated bin (labeled) for damaged or expired food items available. Note: Food items are prepackaged. No food handling done on site. Friendly reminder: - Please store food items away from cleaning agents/beauty items; - Please clean walk-in cold units (especially under storage shelves); - Holes on walls should be sealed (the back area); Note: PC floor freezer with pizza - observed several damaged packages in the freezer.
