Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is adequate. All coolers measured at 4C or less. Freezers at adequate temperature. Hot holding items measured 60C or higher. Low temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 50 ppm chlorine at the plate level. Ice machine in sanitary condition. General food storage practice is adequate. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Adequate hand washing practice noted during an inspection.
