Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer solution was too strong, measured >200ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Diluted sanitizer solution on the spot to 100-200ppm chlorine.
> Please ensure to follow the ratios marked on the mixing container.
> A small supply of chlorine test strips were provided during the last routine inspection. It is recommended to obtain chlorine test strips to keep on site and verify the concentration each time the solution is made.

> Salt and pancake mix cabinet
> Seasoning cabinet
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize above mentioned areas as per your sanitation plan.
> Maintaining a high level of sanitation will help to prevent pests.

Observation: Air temperature of stand up fridge in laundry room was 8.1C.
> All potentially hazardous foods stored in this fridge are for staff members.
> Food that is for the children is limited to vegetables and fruits. All processed food items (cut vegetables) have been relocated to the standup fridge/freezer. All whole fruits and vegetables can remain.
Corrective Action(s): Service this fridge so that the air temperature can be maintained at 4C or colder at all times. Do not store any processed food items such as cut vegetables or other potentially hazardous foods in this cooler until it has been serviced and follow-up inspection by FHA has taken place.

> Temperature and sanitation logs are kept on site however not being updated daily.
> Please ensure logs are updated and recorded daily for consistency in monitoring.
> No signs of pests at time of inspection.
