A routine inspection was completed: - Coolers 4C of colder; freezers -21C or colder; hot holding units above 60C; thermometers present; and temps recorded daily. - Low temperature dishwasher had a rinse cycle [Cl2] of 50ppm. - Quats sanitizer in cloth buckets and spray bottles and strength of 200ppm. - Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; date coded; foods stored in groups with raw proteins below RTE foods; and foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves and racks. - No expired foods in use. FIFO rules being followed. - Valid, FoodSafe certified staff present. - General sanitation level is good, improvement seen. No signs of pests. - New gas oven/range has been installed, instead of replacing the broken oven doors. - Ice has been chipped away from the chest freezer on a regular basis, to ensure the lid closes tightly. - All in order **Exhaust canopy service sticker states next cleaning and service due February 2023. Ensure to call and schedule a cleaning and service this month.**=
